Knowing exactly what will happen removes most of the anxiety around aesthetic treatment. Here is every stage, in order, with nothing left vague.
SETP ONE
Your enquiry
You get in touch by message, email or telephone. I read and answer every enquiry myself there is no reception team and no automated funnel. If your question can be answered without an appointment, I will simply answer it.
Answered personally, usually within one working day.
SETP TWO
The consultation
Around forty-five minutes, entirely unhurried. I take a full medical and medication history, examine your face at rest and in movement, and listen carefully to what has brought you here. We discuss what is realistic, what I would advise against, and what alternatives exist including doing nothing
No treatment is given at this appointment if more thought is required.
SETP THREE
Your plan and consent
You receive a clear plan: what I propose, why, in what order, over what period, and at what cost. Risks and expected recovery are explained in plain language. Consent is taken properly, with time to read and question. You are free to leave and think about it.

SETP FIVE
Aftercare
You leave with written aftercare guidance and a direct means of contacting me. If something concerns you that evening or that weekend, you contact me not an inbox or a call centre.
Direct contact for as long as you need it.
SETP SIX
Review
A complimentary review two weeks after your first treatment lets us assess the result together, refine if appropriate, and plan sensibly for the future. Longer-term, we think in years rather than appointments.
Included with every first treatment.
THE CLINIC
A calm room, one patient at a time.
Appointments are spaced so that nobody is waiting and nobody is hurried. There is no busy reception, no background music, no queue of treatments running behind schedule.
The room is set up as a clinical space first and a comfortable one second because that is the correct order. Everything is single-use, prepared in front of you, and documented.
You will not be handed to anyone else at any point. From enquiry to review, you deal only with me.
